By downloading, installing, or using Clock On ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. License

Clock On grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Intended use

Clock On is a wake-up alarm application. It is designed to help you wake up by requiring you to solve cognitive missions before the alarm can be dismissed.

3. No guarantee of waking up

While Clock On is designed to maximize the chance that you wake up, we cannot guarantee it. You are solely responsible for any missed appointments, flights, meetings, or other events that may result from failing to wake up. Do not rely on Clock On as the only means of waking up for critical events.

4. In-app purchases

Clock On offers a Premium subscription that unlocks additional features. Purchases are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

5. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass the mission system

6. Disclaimer

Clock On is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clock On and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
